The Chef Behind Posh
I grew up poor in New York City, and built everything I have by deciding what I was going to do with what I had been given. I served 12 years in the United States Air Force, deployed twice, earned two Associate's degrees, a Bachelor's, and a Master's all while serving on active duty. Through all of it, food was the one constant. It was the thing I cooked for people after long weeks. It brought people together when nothing else did. Posh Cuisine exists because I believe that the people who work the hardest deserve to eat the best. I built this to make that happen for you.
