FAQs – Posh Cuisine & Catering

What is Posh Cuisine and who is it for?

Posh Cuisine is a private, chef-led meal prep service for the person who runs everything, yet runs on empty. It was built for the person with a full calendar, the one who’s household depends on them, the person going through a major life transition and the person who’s a sole entrepreneur. You don’t have time to learn how food shapes how you feel and how it sustains you throughout the day; I do. I take food off of you plate so you can focus on what matters most. Every clients receives a personalized experience, handled with care, consistency and discretion.

Are meals customized to my needs?

Yes, completely. Before your service begins, we have a private consultation to better understand your tastes, preferences, dietary and nutritional needs. Every meal is build around you. This is more than meal prep. It’s food made specifically for you.

What is included in the service?

Every plan includes:

  • A personal consultation to build your plan

  • Meals locally sourced, prepared, and overseen by me personally

  • Fresh preparation and delivery to your home twice weekly

  • Reusable glass containers that I collect, sanitize, and replace

  • Storage and reheating instructions with every delivery

  • Menu adjustments as your needs change

How do I get started?

You can get started by requesting a private consultation. This conversation is where everything begins; your preferences, your schedule, and whether Posh Cuisine is the right fit. There’s no pressure and no obligation, just an honest conversation about what it would look like to have your kitchen handled.

How often will meals be prepared and delivered?

Your personal schedule is set during your consultation, based on your lifestyles. Each schedule is built around what serves you, not a one size-fits-all rhythm.

Do I need to be home?

You do not have to be home. All meals are packed in insulated, temperature-controlled carrying containers with ice packs and left securely at your home. You will need access to a refrigerator to keep each meal fresh.

What containers are used?

Most meals come in reusable glass containers that are both safe to reheat in microwave and oven safe. I collect, sanitize and replace them as needed. That’s one more detail you never have to think about.

How long do meals stay fresh?

Each meal is made to be at their freshest and most optimal flavor for 3-4 days when refrigerated. Each delivery includes storage and reheating instructions.

Can you work around allergies or dietary needs?

Yes. I do. This information is shared during your consultation and I’ll build your meals around them. I am a Personal Chef, not a dietitian, so I can’t provide medical nutritional advice. If you follow a medically directed diet, I’m happy to create a menu from your provider’s guidance.

How much does this service cost?

I price each plan to be fair, not to match what the market might pay. Plans begin at $840 per month, with full details on the [Plans & Pricing page]. Every plan is shaped by your needs, and we’ll discuss them together in your private consultation so there’s aren’t any surprises.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. Posh Cuisine works on a three-month engagement. This allows me time to learn how you eat and adjust your meals as needed. It also gives you consistency that make meal prep from Posh Cuisine worthwhile.

Where do you serve?

I serve clients within a 15 mile radius of West Plano. These areas include major cities; Frisco, Plano, Allen, Dallas as well as smaller surrounding cities.

How many clients do you take?

I don’t take on any more than 6 clients. Personalized meal require attention and I want every client to feel known and seen, not like one of a group.
